Candidates seeking admission to our Post Graduate Programmes will have to qualify either in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT. Based on the performance in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT and past academic performance, the candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection of candidate to the programme will be based on the performance of the candidate in GD & PI.

Admission Offer :
Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection after group discussion and personal interview. The selected candidates must pay their first instalment by the stipulated date mentioned in the offer letter; otherwise they would forfeit their seat to the person next on the waiting list.

International Internship Programme :
International Internship is available at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), for a period of 8 weeks for selected students. It includes course work, industry visit and/or excursion visit. This is an open option for the students of PGDM & PGDM – IB for which they have to bear the extra expense on actual basis over and above the specified course fee. The minimum cohort size for international internship has to be 20.

About the Course :
This course is of one year duration (2 semesters) and covers aspects of operation & Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants and includes 2 Simulator Training at NPT1 Faridabad/NPTI Nagpur. Formal caching shall be held at the Regional Institute of NPT1. located at Dugapur (West Bengal). On-job training/plant visits shall be conducted at the nearby Power Stations.

Eligibility:
Three years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumentation a recognized technical board of the state/ Central Govt, with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. Graduate engineers are not eligible.

Selection Procedure:
As per Merit (% of marks in Diploma) and subsequent counselling.

Age Limit:
27 years as on 01.10.2013 No age limit for sponsored candidates
